Operational Management
- Implement marketing research and planning strategies.
- Analyse industry trends and competitors.
- Provide technical support for product development.
- Plan market segmentation and contribute to marketing campaigns.
Project Management
- Lead stakeholder research and product design communication.
- Manage market research projects and coordinate with team members and partners.
Risk and Compliance Management
- Contribute to the division's risk register and implement fraud controls.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support audit requirements.
Financial Management
- Assist in planning and managing the division’s budget.
- Ensure financial controls are in place.
Stakeholder Management
- Enhance customer service by addressing internal barriers.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Support teamwork and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Attend industry forums for business improvement.

- 10 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and regulations.
- 5 years’ experience in the open medical aid sales and new business or brokerage.
- Knowledge of different medical aid products.
